By using SeasonalRentals.com, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Service listed below. The terms of service constitute a legal binding agreement between you and Srental, Inc. a Florida Corporation. Advertising with SeasonalRentals.com automatically constitutes an agreement to these Terms of Service. Any and all litigation will be governed by the State of Florida, in the County of Palm Beach.
"Advertiser" is hereby referred to as Property Owner, Realtor, Broker, Business Owner or Property Manager and "Renter" is hereby referred to as the person, party or company inquiring about or securing advertised rentals, Realtors, or businesses. Srental, Incorporated is a Florida Corporation and is the owner and manager of the SeasonalRentals.com website.
Strictly an Advertising Service Only
SeasonalRentals.com is strictly an advertising website for home rentals and businesses and is not responsible for any collection or non-payment of rent, deposits, and utility fees and therefore will be held harmless in any transaction or agreement by a renter and advertiser. SeasonalRentals.com and its employees are to be held harmless in any misreprentation of rentals listed on our website.
Privacy Policy, No spamming
We do not tolerate spamming of any kind. Users of this site agree to only inquiry about Realtors, properties for renting or business services. Emails sent to advertisers, renters or businesses for commercial proposes are not allowed.
Changes to the Website or Advertisements
We reserve the right to change the design, layout of photographs or wording in our site design or rental advertisements at any time.
Use of Site
The following is not allowed and is strictly prohibited; The use of any email address or telephone numbers other than its intended purpose of renters contacting members. Copying of any photographs, material, pages, wording, layout, transfer any content to third party websites or email. Use any spiders, robots, website tracking tools for your advertisement. Transmit harmful viruses, worms, or any other destructive computer devices to harm this website. Modify any part of this website. Offer, sell, transfer or license any part of this website. Submitting of profanity, pornographic material or language, threatening language, misleading rental or business information.

Submission of Hyperlinks and Photographs
SeasonalRentals.com has the right to not accept certain hyperlinks. SeasonalRentals.com will only allow hyperlinks from personal rental property sites, real estate companies, property management companies, and other related seasonal home businesses websites. We do not allow hyperlinks or photographs to be submitted from other vacation rental advertising websites. We do not exchange links with other websites that do not pertain to "seasonal rental" type rental properties.
Email Addresses and Privacy Policy
When using this website to inquire about an advertiser's properties and advertisers, you agree to allow Srental, Inc. and its affiliates to add your email address to our database. You may receive one or more emails from our website or our affiliates at any time. You have an option to discontinue receiving these emails at any time.
User Accuracy of Property Information
Srental, Inc. is not responsible and not liable for misleading information regarding any rental properties or companies listed on our website. Advertisers must maintain up to date information and photographs regarding properties, businesses and communities. If it is found that an advertiser is describing deceitful and misleading information they will be removed immediately with no option for refund. Photographs supplied for individual listings must be an accurate and up to date description of the rental property.
Refund Policy
If dissatisfied with our website, advertisers are entitled to a refund within 30 days of placing the initial listing less a $25.00 service fee. This refund amount applies only to the initial listing and does not apply to subsequent listings. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of request. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will go back to the card processed at the time of listing rental. If payment was made by check a check from Srental, Inc. will be mailed to you. Listing Termination
Srentals, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any listing that violates the Terms of Service without refund. If we become aware of deceitful practices Srental, Inc. will remove the listing or listings immediately without refund. Misleading rental information or double booking of properties will be removed. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to maintain and update correct rental information regarding their properties.
Please notify us to file a complaint about a rental listing or advertiser at info@seasonalrental.com.
Hosting of Website
Srental, Inc. maintains hosting for this website through a third party company and therefore can not guarantee this website will be viewable at all times. Srental, Inc will be held harmless in any rental income losses as result of SeasonalRentals.com not being viewable due to causes beyond our control.
Payments
Payments are to be made to Srental, Inc. by personal or business check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card. Check payments are to be mailed to:

Important: Please be sure to write your account ID number in the memo section.
Returned checks or credit card processes will result in removal of advertisement until payment is made. Bank processing fees incurred in the amount of $35.00 will be added to the amount of the listing fee.
Length of Advertisements
Advertisements are viewable for one year or two years. An automatic email will be sent to the advertisers email address given at time of listing of the property 30 days prior to the listing expiration date for the option of renewal or non-renewal.
Realtor Affiliation
SeasonalRentals.com is not affiliated with the National Board of Realtors in any way. We are strictly an advertising service for Realtors and Real Estate Brokers listing for advertising their seasonal rental properties.
Copyright Laws
The SeasonalRentals.com website design and name are protected under copyright laws. Duplicating copying, transferring or using this website in any other purpose from which it is intended is against the law.
