There is a 1 mile paved walk winding its way along the coast from town to Perkins Cove.

This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only). The deposit (which consist 1/2 rent plus security deposit) must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. The 2nd half of rent plus 7% lodging tax will be due one month before arrival date.
There is a security deposit of $500.00 and a lodging tax of 7% due with each reservation.

Deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 60 days prior to arrival date. If less that 60days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period. If the property is re-rented, you will receive your deposit less the $75 cancellation fee.
