Our luxury 4 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa with its own pool and can sleep up to 8 people and is just 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World and 25 minutes away from Orlando shopping malls. Our villa is on the Highlands Reserve Golf Community which is beautifully kept and is located on US Highway 27 south of US Highway 192.

All our guests have access to Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course and driving range with full pro shop and cafe/bar.

Our property is fully air conditoned and has fan lights to every room.
Kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you possibly need to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible .
kichen contents includes oven /hob fridge / freezer / ice maker coffee machine dish washer and cooking utensils.
The property also has a washing machine, tumle dryer and ironing board.

Our lounge provides a comfortable place to relax and has 2 and 3 seater sofas, coffee table , side tables and lamps.
we have 39 inch lcd tv and dvd and dvds to watch also free high speed internet access.

Master bedoom has king size bed with ensuite bathroom and 29 inch lcd tv.
Queen bedroom and twin bedrooms also have 20 inch lcd tvs.

The games room has a pool table, air hockey table and dart board.
Also 20 inch lcd tv and table with 2 bar stools.

Our pool area is private and sreened to keep out bugs and wild life still allowing you to top up your tan while relaxing.
The pool can be heating at an additional cost .
Patio table chairs and umbrella can be found by the pool along with sun loungers .
The pool area is a great place for a barbeque.
