Take photographs of beautiful outside views such as the ocean views, waterways, sunsets, sunrises, lakes, pool areas. Remove clutter from rooms prior to taking photographs, neutral room colors, decorations and accents are better than brightly colored ones. Make sure lighting is turned on in rooms or open drapes prior to taking photographs. Take photographs of surrounding activities such as parks, local eateries, popular street scenes, fishing piers etc. Horizontal picture format is best. Make sure your camera settings are correct such as picture size, flash and focusing options. Make sure you get the best angles to show rooms avoid taking photographs of just furniture and try and show the whole room in the photograph. Use these same principles for video taking as well.

Advertisement terms are for one year or two years. One month prior to your listing expiring, you will be sent a courtesy email from SeasonalRentals.com stating that your account will be terminating in one months time. At this time you will have one month to renew your listing very easily by logging into your account and renew your advertisement through your administration area.

[ + ] How do I retrieve my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the member login area. Select the "forgot password" prompt and enter your email address and we will send to your password via email. Please note your email address must be the same as it was when first setting your account up.
